Releases on November 19, 2026 in Early Access
An oddly satisfying incremental roguelike: flip coins to earn money, invest it all back into skills, upgrades, coins, and more as your fortune snowballs into the trillions! Hoard relics from encounters, get rich by midnight to get game-breaking boons, and whatever you do... do NOT anger Gregory.
Lucremachine is an incremental roguelike where you flip coins until you're filthy rich. Invest it all back into coins, skills and upgrades, "hire" Frends to click coins for you, buy relics off strange visitors and grab overpowered boons on your way to the trillions! Just make sure to get rich by midnight... or Gregory will &$!%@#% you up.
You start each run as a poor (YUCK! How could you?) fella with a single copper coin that flips for $0.10. Pick your playstyle - active, passive, cactus (we don't judge), or mixed - and build around it. If you manage to survive, the journey should take about an hour. What happens at the end? Make it past the last midnight and you'll see ;)
Every midnight you choose an overpowered boon that changes how the game works for the rest of the run. That is, if you've earned enough $$$, of course. Too poor? No problem - Gregory shall snack on one of your hearts instead. Lose all three hearts = DEATH.
Collect XP from your coins and level up to choose your next encounter on the Trek™. Load up on bizarre relics at the Trader, procure unhinged plushies at the Stitcher and clone your coins at the Cloner. There's more on the road, but spoilers are lame.
Is this gambling? No. There's no real money, no microtransactions and no loot boxes.

FAQ
Why Early Access?
Lucremachine is fully playable and already has a decent amount of content, but we want to make it the best it can be together with its players. Throughout Early Access we'll keep expanding the game, and your feedback will directly shape its balance, its progression and what we add next. Nothing is final yet, so things might change a lot before 1.0.
How long will it last?
We plan to be in Early Access for up to six months. The exact timing will depend on player feedback, and we'll post regular updates along the way so you always know where things stand.
What comes with 1.0?
During Early Access, we plan to fix bugs, balance the game, make various improvements and add new features (including metaprogression). There'll be plenty of new content too: relics, boons, coin types, Trek encounters, cosmetics, and more build variety. Gregory, our resident Shoggoth, will get more lore and dialogue, and the best ideas players send us will make it into the game. Multiple endings may come too (no promises, though). Bug fixing and balancing will continue after 1.0, and if the game does well, content updates may follow.
What is in the game today?
Lucremachine is fully playable from the first copper coin to the final upgrade. It currently has 79 relics, 70 skills, 30 upgrades, 28 boons, 23 "coin" types and 113 achievements, plus one Fihman. New content will keep arriving in regular updates.
Will the price change?
Yes. We want to thank early supporters by offering the game at a lower price during Early Access. The price will go up at 1.0 to reflect the added content and polish, and we'll announce the change at least a month in advance.
How can I help shape it?
We read everything players send us, and the best ideas end up in the game. Found a relic that feels too strong, ran into a bug, or have an idea for something new? Tell us on our Discord, r/Lucremachine or the Steam discussions, and we'll look into it ASAP.
